**NUMBER PLATES** LET'S GET IT RIGHT!
BMXNZ reminder regarding number plates for 2015.
Message from BMXNZ BELOW
**Riders who do not have the correct plate combination or the correct number will not be scored.**
Its important to have the correct plate and also to advise the registration staff if the plate they are intending using is not the plate they advised when entering the race meeting.
Although common courtesy and common sense, it greatly assists the administration and scoring staff knowing what plate riders will be using.
Please also remember that all Sprocket riders must wear the official BMX NZ issued number plate – which is not to be altered. If a replacement is required this can be couriered to the rider directly within the replacement plate fee.
**2015 RULEBOOK** MAKE SURE YOU READ IT
Main changes are about the following:
1/New Categories of events
2/Class listing updated
3/Rules around amalgamations
4/NQM rules
5/Change to class numbers required for 8ths, quarters, semis
6/Equal placing’s – NZ standard is now to count back – not the use of run offs
7/Number plates – combinations updated
8/Protests section rewritten
9/Strider bike section included
It is critical that you understand the changes and that these are enforced from 1 January 2015.
